These Terms of Use cover your use of the Fleet Cooling website at www.fleetcooling.com, including your account, our product search and the AI Parts Expert. The website is operated by S & S Cooling, Inc., doing business as Fleet Cooling ("Fleet Cooling", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you are using the website for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that company.
Buying from us is covered by our Terms and Conditions of Sale. How we handle your information is covered by our Privacy Notice.
1. Who the website is for
The website sells heavy-duty truck cooling parts to fleets, repair shops, purchasing teams and owner-operators. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.
2. Your account
- You can create an account with your email address and a password, or sign in with Google. If you check out as a guest, we create an account for you and email you a link to set a password.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at sales@fleetcooling.com if you think someone else has used it.
- Keep your name, company name, phone number and addresses up to date in your account.
- Business account features (such as business pricing, purchase-order payment and tax exemption) are available only after we review and approve your business application. We decide each application at our discretion.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or puts the website or other customers at risk.
3. Product information, part numbers and fitment
- We work hard to keep product details, specifications, photos and stock levels accurate, but mistakes can happen. Photos may show a similar part, and stock levels can change before you check out.
- OEM numbers and other manufacturers' part numbers are listed only so you can find the matching part. Those names, numbers and trademarks belong to their owners. Listing them does not mean those companies make, sponsor or approve our parts.
- Vehicle fitment is shown in two groups. "Likely Fits" means we have a recorded fit for that Year, Make and Model (or a nearby listed year, which we always show). "May Also Fit: Verify Specs" means the part shares key dimensions with parts that fit, but we have no recorded fit. Always check the specifications against the part on your truck before you order.
- VIN lookup identifies the kind of vehicle (make, model, year and plant). It does not identify your specific truck or its installed parts.
4. The AI Parts Expert
The AI Parts Expert is an automated tool that asks questions and narrows a list of possible parts down to the one you need. Please keep in mind:
- Its answers are guidance, not a guarantee. It uses our catalog data and can still be wrong. Before you order, confirm the part against the measurements, connections and part numbers on the part you are replacing. Where it shows an Identification Guide, use the physical checks it lists.
- Do not enter sensitive personal information (such as payment card numbers or government ID numbers) into the chat.
- Visitors who are not signed in get one AI Parts Expert lookup. Signed-in customers can use it more and can view past conversations in their account.
- Signed-in customers can ask it to add parts to their cart. It always asks you to approve before anything is added, and nothing is ordered until you check out yourself.
- We store conversations and our staff may read them to help you and to improve the service. See our Privacy Notice.
If you are not sure a part is right, contact us before ordering. Our team is happy to check.
5. Acceptable use
When using the website, you agree not to:
- copy, scrape or harvest our catalog, prices, cross-references or fitment data by automated means, or use them to build a competing database;
- get around our security checks, rate limits or bot protection, or try to access accounts, data or admin areas that are not yours;
- interfere with the website, overload it, or introduce malicious code;
- use the website, or the AI Parts Expert, for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive; or
- give false information in an account, business application, tax exemption certificate or order.
6. Our content
The website and its content (including product descriptions, photos, catalog data, fitment and cross-reference data, and software) belong to Fleet Cooling or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use in buying parts from us. Any other use needs our written permission.
7. Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites, such as a carrier's tracking page. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
8. Disclaimers
Except as stated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale, the website, its content and the AI Parts Expert are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the website, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its information (including fitment, cross-reference and AI Parts Expert answers) is complete or accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Fleet Cooling is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, including lost profits, downtime, or the cost of towing, labor or replacement vehicles. Our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Claims about products you bought are covered by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
